Frozen Packaged Meals

Lead construction management for demand-driven single-serve frozen meal production line installs into new building expansion. During the project, managed a peak of 130 construction trades workers and duties, including site safety, schedule development, contract review and negotiations, progress tracking, cost tracking, and management, pre-bid conference facilitation and bid analysis, site coordination, plant operations impacts, design review input, full-time site representation, commissioning planning and support, start-up and commissioning support, and punchlist coordination. Implemented Lean Construction elements of the Last Planner® system and safety supervision resulted in over one year, 150,000+ manhours incident/recordable free.

Construction Manager for Awesome Burger production line installation.  Managed 120 construction trade workers and site safety, schedule development, progress tracking, cost control, coordination of resources, plant operational impacts, input on design review, full-time onsite representation, commissioning planning and support, complete utilities system startup and commissioning, and punchlist coordination.

Boston Conveyor

Managed replacement of OEM partner conveyors into the existing production line. Production line was reconfigured during a 1 week factory downtime to increase production capabilities. During the project, provided oversight and managed safety, schedule, progress tracking, cost management, coordination, plant operations impacts, equipment modifications, punchlist coordination, and commissioning assistance. Installation and start-up was completed on-time and with zero lost time accidents or recordable injuries. The project portions contained multiple hybrid delivery methods including pre-fabrication and integrated project delivery.
